Q.  What is Baptist Retirement Homes of North Carolina, Incorporated?
A.  Baptist Retirement Homes of North Carolina, Incorporated (BRH) is one of the state's most respected providers of residential and health care living options for Older Adults. It was established in 1951 and currently owns and operates retirement communities in Albemarle, Asheville, and Concord, in addition to the Brookridge Community in Winston-Salem. BRH is a not-for-profit organization. It has a historical relationship with the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina but is a separate and distinct corporate entity.
Q.  What is a continuing care retirement community?
