Your monthly cost of living may no longer include a mortgage payment. But there are many services you still pay for each month, such as utilities, housekeeping, trash pickup, lawncare, gym membership, etc. Add to that property tax, insurance, unexpected home repairs, social activities, groceries and dining out. It's no small sum.
To see how your monthly cost of living compares to that at Brookridge, download our worksheet. You may be pleasantly surprised to see how the all-inclusive monthly fee at Brookridge can reduce your costs and enhance quality of life.
"The gates to Brookridge opened to old forest beauty and beckoned me deeper into the charming community of homes nestled in the rolling hills. I was hooked. I signed the waitlist and lingered on campus for hours listening, chatting and dining with a diversity of happy residents and cheerful staff. Soon I was entering those gates every week strengthening friendships, joining wellness classes, attending events and enjoying the book club. Well before my move-in, it felt like home – my forever home."
