The Life You Built, the Care You Both Deserve.
A dementia diagnosis changes a great deal. But for most couples, the hardest part is not the diagnosis itself. It is what comes next.

When one partner receives a dementia diagnosis, the path forward usually looks the same: the partner with memory loss moves into memory care, and the caregiving spouse goes home alone. It is the standard model, and for most couples, it means the hardest part of the diagnosis is not the disease itself. It is the separation.
EverTogether is a first-of-its-kind memory care residence at Brookridge in Winston-Salem, built around a different idea entirely. Here, couples stay together. Both partners have a home in the same residence, side by side, with expert dementia care built into the design. The caregiving spouse does not have to choose between getting their partner the care they need and keeping their life together intact.

The private studio in each home ensures that the partner living with dementia has access to safety, comfort, and professional support at all times. When the caregiving spouse needs time away, a consistent, dedicated care team steps in so neither partner is ever without the support they need. The care model at EverTogether was developed with nationally recognized dementia care specialists, built on expertise, continuity, and genuine understanding of how dementia affects both the person living with it and the people who love them.
EverTogether opens in early 2027 at Brookridge Life Plan Community in Winston-Salem, NC. Reservations are open now. If you would like to learn more or schedule a visit, we would love to hear from you.
