Enhancements Coming to Brookridge

The upcoming improvement plan for common areas in apartment buildings will begin in January 2022 and will be completed in two phases, each lasting approximately four months. The updates will include:

• Long-term investments in the main building, featuring new furniture, artwork, and decorative lighting
• Ongoing improvements to Garden Homes and Apartments, including:
  • More variety in open floor plans
  • New cabinets and granite countertops
  • New flooring, carpet, fresh paint, and window treatments

Jennifer Bartscht also announced collaborations with a landscape architect to offer more options for garden home yard enhancements. Additional updates will refresh the entrance to the community while preserving the beautiful wooded areas across the Brookridge campus.
