We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: Brookridge has achieved a 5-star rating this month! This is a tremendous accomplishment and a reflection of the exceptional care and dedication our team provides every single day.

Why this Matters

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) uses a star rating system to help families compare skilled nursing residences in a meaningful way. Ratings range from 1 star (much below average) to 5 stars (much above average), and Brookridge has reached the very top.

Our ratings at Brookridge and ThriveMore’s other locations are consistently above average (4 stars), but last month Brookridge’s numbers exceeded even our normal high standards and snagged us the coveted 5 stars.

How the Rating Works

The overall star rating is based on three key areas: health inspections, staffing and quality measures. The health inspection score serves as the foundation, and staffing and quality measures can raise or lower the overall rating. Achieving 5 stars means Brookridge is performing much above average in these critical areas.
